Signing our Contract

On July 24th, our sales representative e-mailed us to say that Lot 25 opened up!  It was our second choice of lot so we made the switch from lot 7 to lot 25.  There was no charge for this as neither lot had a premium.  My mood started to brighten.

On July 25th,  around 9:30am Sean e-mailed us again to say that the HOA documents had been approved and he could send us our contract to electronically sign.

We both signed within the hour of receiving the contract and I dropped off our new deposit check of $2500 by 1:30pm.

This means we should be one of the first homes to start construction at Gun Creek.  From this point, we have two weeks to make any changes to the options we've selected for our home.

  1. Hi guys! I would love to know how your house turned out. I am building a Palermo in the area too. Do you love it?
